Job Description
NJAVIS is a famous wind energy gearbox repair, manufacture and service company in China. The subsidiary company AVISTT America was set up in 2016 in Rancho Cucamonga CA for America market development. Now we are looking for an honest, friendly, hardworking and professional individual to join us. We need candidates can speak fluent English; Can do multi-task and work under pressure.
Job duties as following (but not limit to):
l Use QuickBooks and other software to process AP, AR, Fixed Assess, cash and some other accounting data.
l Handle company bank reconciliation, financial and audit report.
l Audit and process employee reimbursement.
l Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
l Responsible for tax declaration and related reports
l Track and support company business
l Communication with HQ Financial Dept.
l Support internal and External Audit.
l Assist on budgeting and controlling, company financial management report preparation, business analysis report.
l Assist on Company workflow creation and execution, processing related document.
l Other arranged work.
Position is a full-time job with 40 hours per week.

l General administration tasks such as scheduling and confirming appointments, regular paperwork.
l Office supplies management.
l Operates standard office equipment.
l Help on update and maintain office policies and procedures.
l Provide general support to visitors
l Office receiption, answer and transfer calls, takes accurate message, and other administration work.
l Coordinates all of Human Resource Management.
l Assist on recruiting employee and the communication with HR Company.
l Assist on creating and organizing HR files.
l Assist on the insurance and payroll.
l Calculates and enters employee work time.
l Track and record employee’s vacation time, sick and leaving time, payroll deductions, status changes, evaluations, and all other related HR information.
l Coordinating company events and other HR tasks.
Position is a full-time job with 40 hours per week.
